Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the WowPak platform, accessible at wowpak.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). • "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform.
• "Operator" means any third-party licensed gaming operator whose products or services are described on the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, data, articles, guides, reviews, images, and other materials published on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, loyalty reward or other incentive described on the Platform or offered by an Operator.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by an Operator before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be staked before funds become withdrawable, as specified in applicable Operator terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Account Eligibility

Use of the WowPak Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or applicable jurisdiction. WowPak strictly prohibits access by minors. If WowPak or an Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect that a User is underage, the Account may be immediately suspended pending verification.
2. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and any linked gaming services complies with all Applicable Laws in your jurisdiction. WowPak does not confirm or warrant that accessing gaming services is lawful in Pakistan or in any specific province or city.
3. Single Account: Each User may register only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
4. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
5. Not Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any voluntary or operator-imposed exclusion from gambling services.

Platform Use & Acceptable Conduct

By using the WowPak Platform, you agree to the following standards of acceptable conduct:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• Not transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, malware or harmful code via the Platform.
• Not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works based on Platform Content without WowPak's prior written consent.
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's operation or other users' access to it.
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Comply with all Applicable Laws, including those governing online gaming and gambling in Pakistan.

WowPak reserves the right to monitor Platform use and to investigate suspected violations of these conduct standards. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of access, account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Platform, Users may be required to register for an Account. The following terms apply to account registration and security:

1. Registration Data: You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, a secure password and any other information requested during the registration process. All information must be accurate and current.
2. Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. WowPak staff will never request your password.
3. Unauthorised Access: You must notify WowPak immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.
4. Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until such time as WowPak is notified in writing of unauthorised access.
5. KYC Verification: WowPak or the relevant Operator may request identity verification documents including a valid CNIC or passport and proof of address before processing any transactions or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension.

Payment Terms & Transactions

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Where WowPak describes bonus offers or promotional concepts (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and loyalty rewards), the following terms apply:

• All bonus values and wagering requirements described on WowPak are illustrative examples unless expressly confirmed as current live offers by the relevant Operator.
• Bonus eligibility, opt-in requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contributions, time limits, maximum bet rules during wagering, and withdrawal caps are set exclusively by the Operator and may change without notice.

• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or Operator systems.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches or errors in odds or pricing ("gnoming" or "arbitrage abuse").
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus systems or circumvent any account restriction.
• Any conduct that violates Applicable Law, including Pakistani law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on the WowPak Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of WowPak or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You must not:

• Reproduce, copy, redistribute or republish Platform Content without prior written authorisation from WowPak.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from Platform Content.
• Use Platform Content for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

Third-party trademarks, brand names and logos referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on WowPak does not constitute endorsement or affiliation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, WowPak and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity undertaken following information obtained from the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness or outdated nature of information published on the Platform.
• Any transaction, payment, deposit or withdrawal conducted between a User and any third-party Operator.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform for any reason.
• Any loss of data, account credentials or personal information arising from security incidents outside WowPak's reasonable control.

Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements under Section 3.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal conduct.
• Non-compliance with applicable KYC or identity verification requirements.
• Any conduct that WowPak reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or WowPak's reputation.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. WowPak's rights and your obligations that are intended to survive termination shall continue in full force.

Amendments to These Terms

WowPak may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
